Neal Amendson
On January 29, 2023, Neal Amendson passed away at the age of 19. Neal was born on June 11,
2003, in Greenville Texas to Sean Amendson and Patricia Kennemore. Neal was a graduate of
Coppell High School in the Class of 2022
Neal was known for having a huge heart, calling many of his friends, brother. As a child, he
frequently enjoyed fishing with his father and grandfather and cooking with his stepmother. As
well as exploring his grandparents land with his sister Katelyn and cousin Ava. Growing up as a
teenager, Neal often enjoyed telling stories with family, playing card games and spending time
on VR with his cousin Ava and aunt Noel. He loved basketball, skateboarding and spending time
with his friends. He was often known as the type of person who would drop everything he was
doing to help anyone in need.
Of all things in his brief life, Neal was truly passionate about music, teaching himself to read,
write and play the keyboard and piano. Often using his talent as an outlet, as most musicians
do. His raw talent was apparent to anyone who got to listen to him as well as the future it
afforded him. He thoroughly enjoyed collaborating with other, like-minded artists. Neal was a
dreamer and was pursuing his goal of getting his music out into the word to be heard. He will
be missed by all.
Neal is survived by his Sister Katelyn, Brother Sean Jr., Father Sean, Stepmother Valerie, Aunt
Noel, Uncle Damon, Aunt April, Grandparents Donnie and Vicki, and several cousins.
